Your order will be processed and delivered in an expedited matter. All orders placed before noon (Mountain Standard Time) are shipped on the next business day. We ship our products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice available on our site (UPS, USPS and/or FEDEX). When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the value and weigh of your order, excluding applicable sales taxes. Perishable items, such as cheese, Ham and other products will be delivered by express mail or 2 day delivery service.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns of non-perishable items up to 15 days after the official date of purchase. Please state the reason for your return and how you would like us to proceed with your exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs are refundable only in the case of manufacturer's defects, freight damage, or by errors filling your order. Please ship all returned items via US Mail or UPS and insure it for the corresponding value. Please note that items returned or exchanged must be in their original selling condition to receive a full credit. In situations that items have been opened from their original packaging, labels removed, and used, credit is determined by the resale value of the item.
