Spain, like most European countries, has a different pace to its everyday life. Spain is notorious for its late night dining and social scene. Most Spaniards go out to eat after 10p.m. and it is not at all unusual to see people, even families strolling the plazas and streets way after midnight.

This lifestyle takes a few days to get into the rhythm. My husband’s abuela (Grandmother) always accused us of “no tenéis correa” which basically means we were wimps when we wanted to go to bed before 2 a.m.

Bring La Vida Española into your summer by sitting outside, enjoying the evening with neighbors, friends and/or family. Eating tapas, or have a Paella party. Compliment the cuisine by serving some great Spanish wine. Olé
